1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "erek02" (also referred to as "we", "us", or "our") means the operating entity that owns and manages the online betting platform accessible at https://erek02.cam.
• "Platform" means the erek02 website, mobile-optimised site, progressive web application, and any associated services made available by erek02.
• "Member" (also "you", "your", or "Player") means any individual who has successfully completed account registration on the Platform and whose account remains active.
• "Account" means the personal membership account created by a Member upon registration.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Member through the Platform, whether on sports events, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, or any other gaming product.
• "Funds" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held in a Member's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free-bet allocation, cashback reward, or other incentive awarded by erek02 to a Member subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by erek02 before a Member may request their first withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all processing deadlines stated in these Terms unless specified otherwise.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gambling platform is illegal under applicable local law.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on erek02. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. If erek02 reasonably suspects that a Member is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. Any Funds held in an account confirmed to belong to an underage person will be returned to the depositing payment source, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which access to online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before creating an Account. erek02 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where such activity is explicitly prohibited.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a professional sports person or referee whose participation in gambling may constitute a conflict of interest under applicable sporting regulations.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on erek02. Operating multiple accounts—whether under your own name or through associated persons—constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name (matching your Indonesian KTP identity card or passport), date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and preferred withdrawal bank account details. You must also create a secure password of at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numerals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. erek02 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. You must notify erek02 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must successfully complete our KYC verification process by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP or international passport) together with a selfie photograph holding that document. erek02 aims to process KYC submissions within two (2) business hours during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account creation may result in account suspension.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

If any information you provide during registration or thereafter is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, erek02 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account and withhold any Funds pending investigation. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if your details change.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

erek02 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). erek02 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via payment methods not expressly listed above without prior written agreement.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no single-transaction deposit maximum, though daily deposit limits may apply depending on your VIP membership tier and the payment method used. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000, with a standard daily limit of Rp 500.000.000. Gold VIP Members are entitled to negotiate higher daily limits with their dedicated account manager.

erek02 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside operational hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. Processing times beyond this target due to bank settlement delays, public holidays, or network outages are outside erek02's direct control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. erek02 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Transaction Fees

erek02 does not charge processing fees for deposits or withdrawals to verified Account holders using major Indonesian bank transfers. A processing fee of 1.5% applies to e-wallet transactions. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Principles

erek02 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% match on their initial deposit, capped at Rp 1.000.000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 15× rollover requirement — meaning the combined value of the bonus and the qualifying deposit must be wagered fifteen times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. The Welcome Bonus must be claimed within 14 days of account registration and utilised within 30 days of activation.

5.3 Rollover Calculation

Rollover requirements are calculated on the sum of the qualifying deposit amount plus the Bonus amount. For example, a deposit of Rp 200.000 attracting a Bonus of Rp 200.000 generates a combined amount of Rp 400.000, requiring Rp 6.000.000 in qualifying wagers (15×) before withdrawal. Wagers on games or markets with house-edge-reducing strategies or certain excluded listed below may not contribute to rollover completion:

• Wagers placed on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal format)
• Wagers on games designated as excluded in the specific promotion's terms
• Wagers placed using hedging or arbitrage strategies across multiple selections
• Wagers voided, cancelled, or settled as a push

5.4 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only. A Member may hold only one active Welcome Bonus at any time. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until rollover conditions are satisfied, and may not be exchanged for cash or applied toward withdrawal requirements. erek02 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at its sole discretion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

5.5 Ongoing Promotions

erek02 regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, seasonal festivals (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Chinese New Year / Imlek), and VIP-tier exclusive incentives. Full terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference. Promotional eligibility criteria vary; Members should review each promotion's specific terms prior to opting in.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All Wagers are subject to acceptance by erek02. A Wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique Wager reference number. erek02 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the integrity of an event has been compromised or where a Member's betting patterns indicate professional, syndicate, or arbitrage activity incompatible with the Platform's recreational focus.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets include but are not limited to: BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, NBA, UFC, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit). Available bet types include match result, Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, accumulator (mix parlay), and live in-play markets. Specific rules for each sport and market are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

6.3 Casino & Live Games

All casino and live dealer games are supplied by internationally licensed game providers. Game rules, payout tables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game interface. erek02 accepts no liability for interruptions caused by a Member's internet connection during a live game session. In the event of a disconnection, game outcomes are determined by the game server's recorded state at the moment of disconnection.

6.4 Togel & Traditional Games

erek02 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and local Indonesian draws. Draw results are sourced from official published results of the relevant lottery operator and are final. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw. erek02 also provides sabung ayam (cockfighting) live streaming with Meron/Wala wagering subject to stream availability and applicable regional rules.

6.5 Void Wagers

A Wager may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, obvious pricing errors, incomplete events, or documented proof of match-fixing or event manipulation. erek02 will notify affected Members of void Wagers via their registered email address within 48 hours of the decision.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the erek02 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through associated individuals
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or exploit the Platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus funds, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities without reporting them to erek02 immediately
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward erek02 staff or other Members
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account
• Any activity that erek02 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or damaging to the integrity of the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the erek02 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of erek02 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of erek02. Unauthorised use of erek02's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

erek02 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, third-party service disruptions, or force-majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. erek02 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, erek02 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, lost Wagers due to connection failures, or emotional distress. erek02's aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the incident occurred.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. erek02 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of such third-party services and accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party service failures beyond erek02's reasonable control.

9.4 Member Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all Wagers placed through your Account, for maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. erek02 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to fulfil these responsibilities.

10. Privacy & Data

erek02 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

erek02 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Member financial data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers with no shared infrastructure with non-erek02 entities. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties except as required to fulfil payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

erek02 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Members stay in control of their betting activity. We strongly encourage all Members to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

erek02 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions to prevent prolonged uninterrupted play.
• Reality Checks: Receive automated notifications at intervals of your choosing showing session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or request permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your Account cannot be reactivated and no promotional materials will be directed to you.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Member

You may close your Account at any time by contacting erek02 support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, erek02 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal and close the Account within five (5) business days. Any active Bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by erek02

erek02 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: confirmed breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required period; or prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months). In cases of termination due to Member breach, erek02 may withhold account Funds pending full investigation and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. erek02 will send a dormancy notification to the Member's registered email address 30 days prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by erek02's licensing jurisdiction. They are drafted in English, and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with a translated version.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms, Members are encouraged to first contact erek02 customer support to seek an informal resolution. erek02 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body agreed upon in writing by both parties.

13.3 Language of Proceedings

All dispute-resolution correspondence shall be conducted in English. Where a Member communicates in Bahasa Indonesia, erek02 will provide reasonable translation assistance through its Indonesian-speaking support team. The authoritative version of any document submitted in dispute proceedings shall be the English-language version.

14. Amendments to These Terms

erek02 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Member rights or obligations — erek02 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address on file and a prominent in-Platform notification.

For non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections, clarifications, or the addition of new game types), changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
